*Weekly Employee Medical Rates

Your employer contributes 75% of the "Employee Only" rate for either plan This means that the remaining 25% will be deducted pre-tax from your paycheck and any expenses related to the addition of dependents is the sole responsibility of the employee. 
This is your Weekly rate with All Around Auto Care's 50%, employee only,  contribution toward either plan.

These are PPO plans with No Network!
You can go to any doctor nationwide and never be billed for out of network service.  IMPORTANT: This may require that you utilize the MAP team discussed in the welcome kit (above) to avoid invoices after your doctor visit.
