Employee Medical Rate Guide

Your employer contributes 50% of the "Employee Only" rate toward plan CUN8. This means that the amount for that plan can be applied to any of the other 4. The remaining employee responsibility will be deducted, pre-tax, from your paycheck and any expenses related to the addition of dependents is the sole responsibility of the employee.
