Health & Human Services Delays Exchanges

One of the biggest news items since the first of the month is the announcement from the Department of Health and Human Services delaying until 2015 the requirement under the Affordable Care Act for government-run health insurance exchanges providing small businesses and their employees options for affordable health insurance through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOPs).
